Gemling Legionnaire is an Ascendancy class for the Mercenary.
Overview
The Gemling Legionnaire is embedded with the true potential of virtue gems, unlocking new powers. Many of the Gemling Legionnaire's passives grant highly variable bonuses depending on the type of gems socketed, such as Gem Studded granting a bonus based on most numerous support gem color, Integrated Efficiency and Thaumaturgical Infusion gaining more power as you socket more support gems, and Essence of Virtue granting a defensive barrier that gets stronger based on total socketed skill gems. He can also directly enhance his skill gems with extra levels or even unlock new quality bonuses with Advanced Thaumaturgy. The Gemling Legionnaire also lends well to builds that stack a large amount of attributes.
